These terms govern use of the FloatSpin site (floatspin.app, and the floatspin.com / floatspin.org mirrors) and the Moonbase Test Chamber sandbox.
FloatSpin is a free reality sandbox for exploring how gravity changes everything. You may use it for personal enjoyment. No account is required.
FloatSpin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for any particular purpose, or that the sandbox will be free of bugs.
All of your progress and settings are stored locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data will permanently remove it. We cannot recover saves for you.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service for other users, reverse engineer it for commercial republication, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
The FloatSpin name, logo and brand assets are not automatically open-sourced. Any code that is released as open source remains subject to its stated license; the brand remains protected.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FloatSpin constitutes acceptance of any changes.
